Owen is now accepting commissions.

'Each commissioned painting is a once off, stand alone piece and tailor made to your own requests.

I'll work with you directly in formulating the best way to bring your ideas to fruition.
Alternatively, browse the GALLERY PAINTINGS section to see if any featured painting stirs your interest.

My main aim is to ensure that you're happy with the finished painting!'

Dear Owen,

Just a brief note to thank you for the magnificent painting, it was beyond
our greatest expectations. It's due for unveiling by Minister Brian Lenihan
next week and then will be given pride of place in our front reception area.
It was a pleasure working with you Owen and we wish you continued success.

Kind regards, A. Duggan

In late September 2010 we commissioned Owen Rohu to do a landscape painting
for us. When we decided on the location we met Owen on site. I must say I was immediately impressed by the professionalism with which he undertook the
task. In a about half an hour while we were having a coffee he prepared a
sketch scheme outlining what would be included in the work. We found this
very useful because it gave us an overview of what we were getting and also
provided us with an opportunity to comment on detail and any other aspects we might like included. Even having gone through this process with Owen it must be stated that the presentation, quality and standard of the works surpassed my expectations.

I bought one of Owen's paintings last year. In a world of mass production it's great to have something that is unique and really enjoyable to look at and appreciate. It has pride of place over the
mantelpiece and a lot of people have noticed and really liked it. A photo of it also makes a great screen saver !

'I commissioned Owen to paint a " nature morte " to reflect the wild
flora of my garden. We choose a branch of honeysuckle and I could not be
more delighted with the result of subtle colours , softness and yet
"wildness" He understood my brief, wish and vision.
I enjoy the painting and so do my visitors !'
